Your privacy rights

Fifth Dimension Vision respects your privacy rights under applicable laws, including the GDPR (EEA/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and similar frameworks. This page explains how to exercise those rights for data processed through 5DV.ai.

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request erasure where we no longer need the data or you withdraw consent (subject to legal exceptions).
• Restriction / objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing.
• Portability — receive data you provided in a commonly used format, where technically feasible.
• Withdraw consent — for optional cookies or marketing, withdraw anytime without affecting prior lawful processing.
• California residents — rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Do Not Sell or Share — if you believe a vendor treats optional advertising cookies as “sharing,” use Cookie settings to reject marketing cookies, or email us to record your preference.

Email privacy@5dv.ai with the subject “Privacy rights request.” Include:

• The right you want to exercise
• The email or identifiers related to your request (e.g. waitlist signup)
• Enough detail for us to locate your data

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We aim to respond within the timelines required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days).

Manage optional analytics and marketing cookies anytime in Cookie settings. Necessary cookies required for the site to function cannot be disabled.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first at privacy@5dv.ai.
